By using TravelChild you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older and a parent or guardian. One account per family. Keep your login details private.
TravelChild helps families find each other but does not screen every user or supervise meetups. ID verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee. You are responsible for your decisions and your children’s safety. Report anything worrying — we review every report.
Meeting people you know only online carries real risks. You attend playdates and meetups voluntarily and at your own risk. TravelChild doesn’t organise, host, supervise or inspect any playdate, venue or activity, and doesn’t run criminal or background checks. Before you go, check the other family’s profile and reviews, meet in a busy public place, tell someone where you’ll be, and leave if anything feels wrong. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
You own what you post. You give TravelChild permission to display it in the app so the service can work. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Flight searches open Kiwi.com, and calls, maps and verification use third-party providers. Their own terms apply to bookings and services they provide. We may earn a commission on bookings at no extra cost to you.
TravelChild is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for meetups, bookings, the actions of other users, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim about TravelChild is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You can delete your account anytime in Safety & verification. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Thailand, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before starting a formal claim, please email us at travelchild.app@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
